Who We Are

We are three friends—two of us a couple, and the third a close companion—united by a shared love for honest food, simple living, and the relationships that grow around them. What we do didn’t begin with a business plan, but with meaningful encounters, curiosity, and care.

Our produce comes from two families in Greece who have opened their homes and hearts to us.

The honey comes from a small village where the beekeeper has been working with bees since childhood. His connection with them is gentle and deep. The honey is certified organic, raw, and full of the natural variety that only wild herbs and flowers can bring. No chemicals, no sugar, no shortcuts—just nature and quiet dedication.

The olive oil comes from a different region, where another family continues the old ways of harvesting olives by hand and pressing them cold within hours. Their oil is rich, extra virgin, and full of character—a true reflection of the soil and sun it comes from.

We visit both families often and stay closely involved. Over time, our connection has grown from collaboration into something more personal—friendship, trust, and mutual respect. We don’t work at a distance; we learn, help, taste, and share.

We’re not a big company. We’re just three friends doing something we care about. And what we bring to you isn’t just high-quality honey and olive oil—it’s the story behind them, the people we believe in, and the way we’ve chosen to live.
